I can't find your products - what can I do?
Check our store locator here. Not all stores carry all our products. The easiest thing to do is to ask a store manager. Tell them you are looking for ET TU Salad or Dessert Kits (from Linsey Foods Ltd.). If they don't carry any of them, tell them they should! Often it's these queries that result in a store listing our products.

I have food allergies. Is there anything in your kits that may cause a reaction?
Some components of our kits may contain or have come in contact with tree nuts and/or soy and/or wheat. Our products contain other sensitive ingredients as well. Check the ingredient listings for each product if you are concerned. You are welcome to contact us if you are unsure. We are often asked about gluten: the croutons would have gluten, and some of the dressings contain white or malt vinegar that may be derived from sources that have gluten In them. If you are unsure, we suggest you refrain from eating these products.

What's the best way to store your kits?
All our kits are shelf-stable to the "Best Before Date" printed on the top or bottom of the box or on the side of the Single-Serve pouches. They need only be stored in your pantry until you are ready to use them. Never let a Salad Kit freeze, as the dressing ingredients can separate.

When I opened the dressing pouch, the dressing had separated. What happened?
When the dressing has separated, it means it has frozen at some point. This is the only explanation for the separation. While the dressing will not make you sick, it does not look very appetizing, and will not taste right. We ship all our products in temperature-controlled trucks. However, a shipment could accidentally be exposed to freezing along the way - at a loading dock, or another warehouse. Either ask for a replacement at the store, or e-mail us. Make sure you include all product identification numbers asked for, so we can track the shipment to see if there are other kits with the same problem. TOP
