Why do we throw dinner parties?

If you think about it, we do it so that we can share time with our friends and loved ones. To create memories around and beyond the dinner table. To find an excuse to invite over the people who add something spectacular to our lives. No matter how many parties you’ve thrown, you’re always a bit shocked when guests compliment the cooking and atmosphere. Why does it surprise us? Because that’s the power of a compliment - it reminds us that we’re capable of good things.

Though we’re not able to throw dinner parties that often for our fans, we try to make up for it by hosting Grocery Giveaway. We recently sent out $300 gift cards to 30 lucky Canadians, and we received a lovely comment that we wanted to share with all of you. We asked Chris what she was going to do with her prize, and she wrote:

"Groceries...and lots of them.  I have two wonderful young adult sons still home with me...going to school and all that fun stuff.  So being a male dominated household, we buy meat.... We'll splurge on some fun groceries too.
So thank you to you for the gift and to ET TU for making a great product...oh yes we will be buying some salad dressing products as well :-) "
